Chicken Liver Pate Ingredients:
Method: Melt butter, fry onion, garlic, bay leaf & thyme for 2-3 mins. Cut chicken livers into small pieces and add to the pan. Cook 6-7 mins until livers are cooked. Discard bay leaf & process mixture until smooth. Season to taste & stir in brandy. Spoon pate into serving dish & chill for several hours. |
